Choose Sponsor Level

Please choose how long you'd like to have your business/farm to be listed as a sponsor. This is a one time payment, for the number of months listed in each level. The time countdown starts as soon as your business/farm is uploaded and listed as a sponsor.

By filling out, selecting sponsor payment level, and submitting this form, you agree to having your (or as an authorized representative of) business's/farm's info of your/the business/farm published in our magazine, on our website, and on our Facebook page, along with any info and links provided. It may take up to 5 business days to upload the information on our website, and the next issue coming out of the magazine will have the business's listed as a sponsor (if the sponsorship form is submitted after an issue has already been published). No refunds, as this is a sponsorship.
